TeamClaim is an integrated complaint-management system for problem recording, evaluation, processing, and documentation. TeamClaim combines the communications from customers, suppliers, and project managers for each complaint entered. Every complaint is processed in accordance with a standard workflow involving project managers, standard response times, etc.
The heart of the system is the automated 8D reporting process, which supplies all participants promptly with the necessary information. TeamClain ensures complete transparency, both for the firm and its clients, thus promoting customer loyalty.
TeamClaim also supports the principle of "kaizen", or contant process improvement, by generating preventive measures. Error correction costs are thereby minimized. TeamClaim creates quality for a firm's future.
