With over 25 years of managerial experience and a track record for development competence, the two leading business associates from eXsolut established the aim: To bring together the skills of IT and people.

Sayit Özdemir and Karl-Heinz Land have in their respective occupational fields, technology and development as well as management and business development, more than 25 years experience. Their resumes are those of successful self-employed businessmen as well as of founders and executives of internationally renowned enterprises.

Together they believe that complex IT tasks must be simplified and that challenges can be combated through the use of IT. eXsolut strives to achieve this aim by creating solutions that establish real Enterprise Task Management.

Before co-founding eXsolut Karl-Heinz Land was CEO of VoiceObjects, responsible for the development and implementation of the new business strategy and the business development of the company.

As a result of the internationalization of VoiceObjects Inc. Karl-Heinz Land relocated to the new headquarters in San Mateo (Silicon Valley, CA) and spent just under two years assisting in the development of VoiceObjects Inc. and the new US management team.

Before the establishment of VoiceObjects, Karl-Heinz Land had held managerial positions with MicroStrategy. He has fulfilled a number of roles including business leader, general manager and vice president of sales for Central and East Europe.

In 2000 he assumed control of MicroStrategy’s new business branch for speech applications in Washington D.C., which resulted in the foundation of the new enterprise Angel.com.

Before Karl-Heinz Land had served as managing director for the creation of BusinessObjects in Germany for three years. He also played a decisive role when the enterprise successfully went public.

He spent almost eight years at the beginning of his career at the data base supplier Oracle. He initially started in marketing and later undertook the role of marketing leader Key Accounts.

...is the founder and business leader of Point GmbH (1989). Originally conceived as an IT-System house, he established Point GmbH in 1996 with the aim to develop quality management software.

Since 1997 Point realised projects and developed products with the new web services. In 2000 Point presented the first CAQ-Software product for the public and lead the company to great success.

Since then the company aim for Sayit Özdemir has been to further the development of new products that deliver best user experience through intuitive usability, non insolated, cross enterprise solutions and online collaboration.

So finally a tailor made platform emerged from the product line of Points Business Excellence Portal, that provides intuitive, non insulated and non insular Enterprise Task Management Tools.

The foundation of eXsolut out of the Point GmbH is the first step towards becoming a global supplier of ETM-solutions.
